Surah
Al-'Alaq

اِقْرَاْ
بِاسْمِ
رَبِّكَ
الَّذِیْ
خَلَقَ
۟ۚ

Bacalah dengan (menyebut) nama Tuhanmu yang menciptakan,

خَلَقَ

الْاِنْسَانَ

مِنْ

عَلَقٍ

۟ۚ

Dia telah menciptakan manusia dari segumpal darah.

اِقْرَاْ

وَرَبُّكَ

الْاَكْرَمُ

۟ۙ

Bacalah, dan Tuhanmulah Yang Mahamulia.

96:4

الَّذِیْ

عَلَّمَ

بِالْقَلَمِ

۟ۙ

Yang mengajar (manusia) dengan pena.

96:5

عَلَّمَ

الْاِنْسَانَ

مَا

لَمْ

یَعْلَمْ

۟ؕ

Dia mengajarkan manusia apa yang tidak diketahuinya.

96:6

كَلَّاۤ

اِنَّ

الْاِنْسَانَ

لَیَطْغٰۤی

۟ۙ

Sekali-sekali tidak! Sungguh, manusia itu benar-benar melampaui batas,

اَنْ

رَّاٰهُ

اسْتَغْنٰی

۟ؕ

apabila melihat dirinya serba cukup.

اِنَّ

اِلٰی

رَبِّكَ

الرُّجْعٰی

۟ؕ

Sungguh, hanya kepada Tuhanmulah tempat kembali(mu).

اَرَءَیْتَ

الَّذِیْ

یَنْهٰی

۟ۙ

Bagaimana pendapatmu tentang orang yang melarang?

عَبْدًا

اِذَا

صَلّٰی

۟ؕ

seorang hamba ketika dia melaksanakan salat,¹
