فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ
فِي
قَرَارٖ
مَّكِينٍ
٢١

placing it in a secure place

77:22

إِلَىٰ

قَدَرٖ

مَّعۡلُومٖ

٢٢

until an appointed time?¹

77:23

فَقَدَرۡنَا

فَنِعۡمَ

ٱلۡقَٰدِرُونَ

٢٣

We ˹perfectly˺ ordained ˹its development˺. How excellent are We in doing so!

77:24

وَيۡلٞ

يَوۡمَئِذٖ

لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

٢٤

Woe on that Day to the deniers!

77:25

أَلَمۡ

نَجۡعَلِ

ٱلۡأَرۡضَ

كِفَاتًا

٢٥

Have We not made the earth a lodging

77:26

أَحۡيَآءٗ

وَأَمۡوَٰتٗا

٢٦

for the living and the dead,

77:27

وَجَعَلۡنَا

فِيهَا

رَوَٰسِيَ

شَٰمِخَٰتٖ

وَأَسۡقَيۡنَٰكُم

مَّآءٗ

فُرَاتٗا

٢٧

and placed upon it towering, firm mountains, and given you fresh water to drink?

77:28

وَيۡلٞ

يَوۡمَئِذٖ

لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

٢٨

Woe on that Day to the deniers!

77:29

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ

إِلَىٰ

مَا

كُنتُم

بِهِۦ

تُكَذِّبُونَ

٢٩

˹The disbelievers will be told,˺ “Proceed into that ˹Fire˺ which you used to deny!

77:30

ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ

إِلَىٰ

ظِلّٖ

ذِي

ثَلَٰثِ

شُعَبٖ

٣٠

Proceed into the shade ˹of smoke˺ which rises in three columns,
